I am pleased to announce a local collaboration with the innovative Ed Pooks, chef of Mr Pook’s Kitchen in Castle Douglas which specialises in sustainably foraged foods and supports local producers – check out his list of suppliers – chosen for their environmental credentials, and traditional production methods.
My new exhibition ‘Reserve’ explores the nature reserves and biodiverse habitats of Dumfries and Galloway, from the steep waterfalls of the Wood of Cree, to the peat bog surface of Kirkconnell Flow. It will be shown in the restaurant from June 6th.
